Relief Driver (Class A)

About the role

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking a dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include manual unloading/delivering various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Drivers are expected to build relationships with customers through a positive, friendly attitude and familiarity with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

• Familiarize oneself with customer operations to meet needs and expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years related experience required
• Must have doubles endorsement
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Must be able to effectively work in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays

Qualifications
