About the role

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Puget Sound region.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Deliver palletized product to customers using a hand truck.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Provide superior customer service during each delivery interaction.
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements

• Be 23 years or older due to insurance requirements.
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card.
• Interstate qualification and registration.
• Demonstrated ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
• Ability to read and understand English per DOT rules.
• Satisfactory driving record.

Post-offer, hires for this position are contingent upon passing a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen (includes THC), and company road test.

Pay

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state. Potential 90-day performance-based raise and yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
