Relief Driver (Class A)

About the role

Purity Dairies is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently, manually unload and deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Drivers build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. Daily routes ensure you are home nightly.

Purity Dairy is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers. Our products include cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, and dairy ingredients under well-known regional brands.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
• Manually unload and deliver dairy products to customer locations
• Build relationships with customers to meet their needs and expectations
• Work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55 pounds

High school diploma or GED preferred. One year of related experience preferred.
