Relief Counselor - Transitions

About the role

Join our Relief Team and gain experience while supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Aid in developing and implementing individualized support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

$17.50 per hour
