Responsibilities
- Aid clients with tasks of daily living such as personal care, meals, and ambulation
- Maintain a safe living environment through interventions and assistance to ensure safety
- Support clients in integrating into their communities by utilizing community resources, encouraging memberships, and fostering personal relationships
- Aid clients with medical and physical needs
- Encourage clients to participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain meaningful family and community connections
Qualifications
- Experience working with adults with cognitive, behavioral, or developmental issues
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Medication Administration certification preferred
- Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and maintain a personally owned vehicle
