Essential Duties
- Provide care and assistance to individuals who live independently in the community.
- Aid individuals with tasks such as banking, grocery shopping, paying bills, transportation to healthcare appointments, and participation in a variety of one-on-one and group social activities.
- Provide transportation to individuals as necessary.
- Perform other duties and/or assignments to work/program locations based on the needs of the person served and Lifeworks.
Requirements
- Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD
- High School diploma/GED, related experience preferred
- Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
- Valid Driver's License required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay
$20 per hour
Schedule
Varies. This posting is for Per Diem only.
