Reliable Caregiver

HomeWell Care Services is hiring dependable caregivers and CNAs who treat caregiving as a profession, not an occasional commitment. We seek individuals who show up on time, communicate clearly, honor accepted schedules, and provide high‑quality care in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and independence.
• Prepare meals and provide light household support as assigned.
• Offer companionship and respectful emotional support.
• Follow the care plan and report changes or concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the HomeWell team.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every accepted shift.
• Treat caregiving as important work and take pride in doing it well.
• Communicate early and responsibly when a concern arises.
• Respect client privacy, preferences, and dignity.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to selected service areas.

Pay

$14–$17 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Available shifts: days, evenings, and weekends. Shift lengths: 2–12 hours (based on client needs).

Locations: Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, Clover, York, Indian Land, Lancaster & Rock Hill.
