Reliability Specialist/Technician - Seneca
Position Overview
As a Reliability Specialist/Technician, you will lead and execute precision, preventive (PM), and predictive (PdM) maintenance tasks. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime, maximizing asset life, and mentoring the next generation of technicians in a world-class manufacturing environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on maintenance or reliability experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with precision maintenance practices, PdM technologies, and CMMS asset management workflows.
- Planning Capabilities: Direct experience with work order planning and resource scheduling.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Technical certification or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications: Vibration Analysis (ISO Category I or II), Ultrasonic Certifications (Level 1), Laser Alignment/Balancing training, or specialized Lubrication training (preferred).
- Deep familiarity with pump curves, pump sizing, and technical drawing interpretation (preferred).

Compensation
$35.00 - $42.00 / hour (Based on experience & certifications)
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Enjoy your weekends! Overtime as needed)
