Key Responsibilities

Lead all preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
Manage maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost controls.
Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., downtime, OEE, maintenance costs) and implement improvement initiatives.
Optimize work order systems and maintenance processes to improve visibility and execution.
Oversee spare parts inventory strategy to ensure availability and cost optimization.
Lead capital projects from concept through execution, including scope, vendor selection, and implementation.
Drive initiatives to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and increase operational efficiency.
Support process improvements to reduce scrap, improve productivity, and lower costs.
Oversee plant infrastructure systems including utilities, power generation, water, and compressed air.
Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (required)
  • 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering roles
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and industrial equipment
  • Prior experience within industrial maintenance environments (preferred)
  • Experience in chemical, ceramics, or similar manufacturing environments (preferred)
  • Preferred experience in electrical, automation, or controls systems

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
  • Experience with reliability systems and SCADA/MES platforms (e.g., Ignition) preferred
  • Project management and CAPEX experience
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
