Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Production Engineering

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical reliability strategy for AI-assisted software development
• Set multi-year reliability goals and roadmaps across various technical domains
• Lead initiatives to reduce reliability risks with increasing software delivery velocity
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to enhance monitoring and incident management systems
• Identify and mitigate emerging reliability risks from AI-enabled workflows
• Mentor engineers to improve engineering quality and operational excellence
• Communicate reliability priorities and risks clearly to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or similar roles
• Ability to define and deliver multi-year reliability strategies with measurable impacts
• Experience with distributed systems, observability, incident response, and reliability management
• Proven problem diagnosis, debugging, and automation skills in production settings
• Experience influencing engineering roadmaps across teams
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional alignment

Pay

$223,400 – $302,200 annually
