Reliability Engineering Specialist

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of manufacturing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential failure modes in production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor other engineers on reliability engineering principles and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience with reliability software tools such as FMEA, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
