About the role
This position is responsible for enhancing asset reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and optimizing maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements reliability-centered, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans
- Analyzes equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance history
- Conducts root cause failure analysis
- Defines and tracks reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, OEE)
- Supports condition monitoring programs
- Collaborates with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
- Participates in equipment selection, design reviews, and commissioning
- Optimizes spare parts and maintenance costs
- Prepares technical reports and recommendations
- Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 3+ years in reliability, maintenance, or asset management
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles
- Experience with CMMS/EAM/ERP systems
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques (FMEA, RCA, Weibull)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical experience

Pay
$100,000 to $128,500 annually
