About the role

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our products through the implementation of best practices in quality assurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reliability programs to ensure product reliability and safety
  • Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability
  • Prepare and present reliability reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field
  • Experience with failure analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with statistical methods and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with reliability software tools (e.g., FMEA, MTTR)
  • Strong attention to detail

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
