Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our systems through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on system failures to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Perform predictive maintenance and monitor system performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices
• Experience with statistical process control and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
