About the role
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our systems through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis on system failures to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform predictive maintenance and monitor system performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices
- Experience with statistical process control and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
