Key Responsibilities
- Develop reliability models, block diagrams, and mathematical analyses for vehicle systems.
- Perform hardware and software reliability predictions and allocations.
- Lead design failure mode and effects analyses (DFMEA) with cross-functional teams.
- Generate reliability critical item lists and track reliability growth metrics.
- Review and analyze test data, field incident reports, and corrective actions.
- Cook up with engineering, test, and supply chain teams to ensure system reliability targets are met.
- Provide R&M input for proposals, design reviews, and customer presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience applying reliability and maintainability methods in ground vehicle or defense programs.
- Proficiency in reliability prediction tools and data analysis (e.g., Weibull++, Crow-AMSAA).
- Strong understanding of R&M processes, systems engineering standards, and military test methods.
- Hands-on experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex hardware systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Must be eligible for U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
