Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal design, reliability, and performance of an aluminum rolling mill facility. Key duties include developing and implementing maintenance and reliability strategies, conducting equipment assessments, and establishing predictive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide technical troubleshooting for equipment failures. The role involves working with vendors to ensure spare parts availability, staying updated on industry best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields
