About the role
The role is responsible for managing a team of software developers to deliver high-quality applications on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Manage a team of 10 software developers
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
