Reliability Engineer

What's the Job?

Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations on equipment issues, developing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness
Champion and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance practices across assigned sites to enhance equipment reliability
Develop and update maintenance procedures and plans to optimize performance while reducing repair costs
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset reliability risks
Analyze diverse data sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost improvements and reliability enhancements

What's Needed?

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within industrial manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Skilled in interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
