What’s the job?

Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and long-term improvement plans
Assess current maintenance practices and drive modernization and standardization efforts across the facility
Support reliability of critical equipment including rotating systems, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and bulk material handling assets
Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
Build and enhance predictive and condition-based maintenance programs (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound)
Establish equipment criticality rankings, failure tracking systems, and standardized maintenance procedures
Improve computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data integrity, including asset hierarchies, work planning, and maintenance records
Develop and monitor reliability KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability
Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Project teams to improve asset reliability and performance
Provide input on capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintainability improvements
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across the operation

What’s needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong experience with CMMS systems and maintenance data management
  • Proven experience leading RCFA/RCPE investigations and implementing sustainable solutions
  • Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies
  • Experience with industrial mechanical systems such as rotating equipment, conveyors, hydraulics, or similar assets
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with multiple stakeholders
  • CMRP, CRE, or similar certification preferred
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing environments is a plus

Key Details

  • Compensation: $85,000-95,000 annually
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available
  • Schedule: Full-time, onsite (standard industrial schedule; occasional off-hours support may be required)
