We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings under
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting includes: - Intro about Cabot (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "Your Role At Cabot" then description. Could treat as "About the role". Also "How You’ll Make An Impact" could be Responsibilities. "What You’ll Bring To Cabot" could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. "How We’ll Support Your Success" could be Benefits? Actually includes benefits, vacation etc. Also "Benefits, Vacation, Etc." paragraph. Also "Feedback – We are committed..." etc. Also "Support – You are part of a team..." etc. Also final paragraphs about company mission maybe not needed. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract content and place under appropriate headings. Let's parse: Company description: "Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.Our businesses deliver a broad range of products and solutions to customers in every corner of the globe, serving the transportation, infrastructure, environment and consumer industry sectors. We bring the power of innovative chemistry to solve customers' challenges today while preparing them to meet tomorrow’s needs. Our commitment to innovation is driven by a passion to advance our customers' businesses through our deep understanding of their applications and the global trends that impact their operations." That's generic company overview; could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not company. But we could include as part of role description. However we need to avoid filler. It's substantive but not about role. Could be placed under a heading like "About Cabot"? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company description under "About the role" as context. That seems okay. Then "If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!" This is encouragement; could be part of Requirements? Might be considered boilerplate but it's specific. We'll keep maybe under Requirements. "Your Role At CabotCabot Corporation is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the team at the Franklin, LA location. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for driving improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and performance to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role focuses on failure prevention, root cause analysis, and optimization of maintenance strategies to maximize asset life in a carbon black manufacturing environment. This role is based fully onsite at the Franklin, LA location." That's role summary; could be under About the role. "How You’ll Make An Impact" then bullet-like paragraphs (though not bullet list). We'll convert each sentence into
- maybe. But rule: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to detect lists. The text is paragraph sentences; we could still treat as list items. Probably better to wrap each responsibility in
- . We'll create a
- under
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's craft content.
About the role: combine company overview + role summary + encouragement note.
Company overview paragraph: "Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Our businesses deliver a broad range of products and solutions to customers in every corner of the globe, serving the transportation, infrastructure, environment and consumer industry sectors. We bring the power of innovative chemistry to solve customers' challenges today while preparing them to meet tomorrow’s needs. Our commitment to innovation is driven by a passion to advance our customers' businesses through our deep understanding of their applications and the global trends that impact their operations."
Role summary: "Cabot Corporation is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the team at the Franklin, LA location. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for driving improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and performance to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role focuses on failure prevention, root cause analysis, and optimization of maintenance strategies to maximize asset life in a carbon black manufacturing environment. This role is based fully onsite at the Franklin, LA location."
Encouragement note: "If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different than what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!"
We can put these as
elements under About the role. Responsibilities: list as above. Requirements: list: - Bachelor/University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline - Minimum 4+ years’ experience as reliability or maintenance engineer - Industry experience: Chemical Manufacturing, oil & gas refining, pipeline maintenance, or another petrochemical environment - Certifications in vibration monitoring and/or CMRP (Certified maintenance reliability professional) preferred Skills: list: - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating and stationary equipment, and industrial maintenance practices
Responsibilities
. List responsibilities: - Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to optimize plant performance, including volume, yield, quality, and equipment reliability - Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented to eliminate repeat failure - Provides advice and support to resolve problems. Uses statistical techniques to improve process capability; uses failure analysis methodology to investigate, find root causes, recommend and implement equipment modifications and upgrades and/or implement process improvements. - Analyze equipment performance data and failure trends to drive continuous improvement - Provide support of site mechanical integrity program by investigating equipment problems and eliminating recurrence of failures that will improve plant performance and reliability. Reviews preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimum scheduling. Implements Predictive Maintenance Programs to monitor the condition of the plant and equipment to maximize plant safety and reliability and reduce downtime. - Assists in the design, procurement and installation of new equipment. May develop plant-wide Standard Operating Procedures for process and equipment operation. Supports and implement new product and process runs and prepare relevant documentation. - Work with site Capital project managers and Finance department to create assets in the maintenance management system and provide guidance on asset setup, disposal. Assign PM’s, spare parts, etc in the maintenance management system during the project handover process. - Conducts “end-of-life” assessments making recommendations for equipment repairs and replacements. Now "What You’ll Bring To Cabot" includes requirements/qualifications/skills. List: - Bachelor/University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline - Minimum 4+ years’ experience as reliability or maintenance engineer - Industry experience: Chemical Manufacturing, oil & gas refining, pipeline maintenance, or another petrochemical environment - Certifications in vibration monitoring and/or CMRP (Certified maintenance reliability professional) preferred - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating and stationary equipment, and industrial maintenance practices (rotating equipment experience is required) - Experience with reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., RCFA, FMEA, condition monitoring, PdM technologies) - Working knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and industrial safety practices (LOTO, confined space, hot work) - Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Effective communication and ability to collaborate across operations, maintenance, and engineering - Knowledge of PSM and industrial safety standards Also earlier: "If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!" Could be a note under Requirements. Now "How We’ll Support Your Success" includes: - Dynamic, Flexible, Hard Working, Team Environment – We are busy, collaborative, growing, and we are doing really meaningful work. - Growth –Training, great peer coaching and support, and the ability to personally grow your influence, your position, and your compensation. - Meaningful Work that is Valued – Customers are demanding sustainable solutions without compromising quality or performance. The work we do is visible, and is helping to create a more abundant, affordable, and cleaner future. It is an awesome feeling to know you’re making a living by making a positive impact in the world; and to be able to say, “I was a part of that.” - Benefits, Vacation, Etc. – We offer a competitive package of benefits. Benefits begin on first day of employment. Cabot Benefits - Feedback – We are committed to giving and receiving feedback in a direct and open fashion. - Support – You are part of a team and deserve to feel encouraged and supported. We have a global team of engineers that are willing to help. You will be part of a team that cares about you personally and professionally. Our success depends on your success. Also later paragraphs about Cabot's mission etc. Might be considered boilerplate but could be included under About the role? Might be considered filler but it's substantive about company. However we should avoid duplication. The earlier company description already covered similar. The later mission paragraphs are similar but we could keep them under About the role as additional context. But we must not repeat info? It's okay to include but not duplicate exactly. We'll include unique parts. But we must not create Pay or Schedule sections unless posting states them. No pay or schedule mentioned. So omit those. Benefits section: we have "Benefits, Vacation, Etc." paragraph. So we createBenefits
with content. We also have "Feedback" and "Support" which could be part of Benefits or maybe separate sections like "Culture". But only allowed headings list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should incorporate Feedback and Support under Benefits maybe as part of benefits description. Or we could treat them as part of Benefits section. The rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Feedback and Support into Benefits section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications/Skills). We need to decide headings: Allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have qualifications (degree, experience) and skills (knowledge, tools). Could split into Requirements and Skills. But we could also combine into Requirements. To follow rule of few substantive sections, we could have Requirements covering both qualifications and skills. But we have separate headings allowed; we can choose to use Requirements and Skills if we have distinct content. Let's split: Requirements: education, experience, industry experience, certifications preferred. Skills: knowledge of mechanical systems, reliability tools, PSM, analytical skills, communication. Thus we will have:About the role
(company description + role summary + encouragement note)Responsibilities
(ul list)Requirements
(ul list: degree, 4+ years experience, industry experience, certifications preferred)Skills
(ul list: strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, experience with reliability tools, working knowledge of PSM, strong analytical/problem-solving, effective communication, knowledge of PSM standards)Benefits
(ul list: dynamic flexible team environment, growth opportunities, meaningful work, competitive benefits starting day 1, feedback culture, support from team, global engineering team, etc.) We must ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Useheadings,
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's craft content.
