We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company at top. Should we include "About the role"? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: "Your Role At Cabot" description, then "How You’ll Make An Impact" (responsibilities), then "What You’ll Bring To Cabot" (requirements/qualifications/skills), then "How We’ll Support Your Success" (benefits? Actually includes benefits, vacation, etc). Also includes some company description at top maybe "About the role"? Not exactly. Could treat the initial paragraph as "About the role"? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The initial paragraph about Cabot corporation is company overview; could be placed under a heading like "About Cabot" but not in list of allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use those. So we need to map content: - About the role: maybe a brief summary of role: "The Reliability Engineer is responsible for driving improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and performance to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role focuses on failure prevention, root cause analysis, and optimization of maintenance strategies to maximize asset life in a carbon black manufacturing environment. This role is based fully onsite at the Franklin, LA location." - Responsibilities: the bullet list under "How You’ll Make An Impact". We'll convert each sentence into

  • . - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What You’ll Bring To Cabot" includes degree, experience, certifications, knowledge, etc. Could split into Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (certifications), Skills (knowledge, abilities). But we can combine into one section maybe "Requirements". However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering education, experience, certifications, knowledge, skills). Benefits: from "How We’ll Support Your Success" includes benefits, vacation, etc. Also includes dynamic environment, growth, meaningful work, feedback, support. Those are benefits/ culture. We'll put under Benefits. Pay and Schedule: not specified, so omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. First, maybe a

for metadata? There's no job ID. Could include location? Already in About the role. We'll produce:

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial company description paragraph at top: "Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.Our businesses deliver a broad range of products and solutions to customers in every corner of the globe, serving the transportation, infrastructure, environment and consumer industry sectors. We bring the power of innovative chemistry to solve customers' challenges today while preparing them to meet tomorrow’s needs. Our commitment to innovation is driven by a passion to advance our customers' businesses through our deep understanding of their applications and the global trends that impact their operations." This is substantive but not about role. Could be placed under "About the role"? Might be considered "About Cabot". But allowed headings list does not include About Cabot. However we could incorporate that into About the role section as a brief intro? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings only. But we could still include a heading like "About Cabot" if we want, but it's not in the list; risk of being considered not following instruction. Safer to stick to allowed headings. Where to put company overview? Could fold into About the role as a brief sentence? But that would be adding info not originally there about role. However we could add a paragraph before About the role heading (no heading) as a

containing the company overview. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid a leading paragraph without heading. So we can output a

with company overview, then headings. Thus final HTML: start with a

containing the company overview. Then sections. Let's craft the company overview paragraph exactly as in text, preserving punctuation and spacing. Original: "Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.Our businesses deliver a broad range of products and solutions to customers in every corner of the globe, serving the transportation, infrastructure, environment and consumer industry sectors. We bring the power of innovative chemistry to solve customers' challenges today while preparing them to meet tomorrow’s needs. Our commitment to innovation is driven by a passion to advance our customers' businesses through our deep understanding of their applications and the global trends that impact their operations." Note there is no space after periods before next sentence in some places (e.g., "USA.Our"). We'll keep as is. Now produce HTML. Check for any other substantive info: The line "If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!" This is encouraging to apply; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a generic encouragement. Might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but encouragement. The instruction says remove application instructions. This line is encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction. Safer to drop it. Also there is line "Our employees around the world are united by our shared purpose: Creating materials that improve daily life and enable a more sustainable future. Through our corporate strategy, “Creating for Tomorrow,” we are focused on our core strengths to lead in performance and sustainability – today and into the future." This appears after the benefits section; it's more company fluff. Could be considered boilerplate? It's not required to keep? It's substantive about company mission. Might be okay to keep as part of company overview paragraph? Could add another

after the overview. But we already have a paragraph for overview; we could add another

for this mission statement. It's not metadata; it's substantive. We'll include as a separate

    before headings. Thus final:

Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.Our businesses deliver a broad range of products and solutions to customers in every corner of the globe, serving the transportation, infrastructure, environment and consumer industry sectors.
