Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train.
- Cook up execution across product teams, shared services, release activities, dependency management, and Program Increment operations.
- Make sure Agile execution stays aligned across FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, PAMS, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud migration, integration, testing, and operational support.
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, dependency resolution, Inspect-and-Adapt activities, metrics reviews, and release coordination.
- Track backlog health, sprint predictability, migration sequencing, sustainment demands, and operational risks.
- Assess cross-team impacts that could affect release stability, operational readiness, cloud migration sequencing, or mission support continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 8+ years of Agile delivery experience and 5+ years supporting scaled Agile enterprise programs.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
- Experience coordinating multiple Agile product teams.
- SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, and/or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
