About the role
Provide front-line technical support to end users responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, and Production Governance related to issues.
Responsibilities
- Solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines
- Root cause and problem resolution follow-up
- Debug and fix production issues by analyzing UI Kit, Swift UI, Java, Kotalin, Native React, Xamarin, JavaScript, Queries, etc.
- As a part of the L2 support team provide stand-by hrs. support on a rotational basis for a production system
- Look for efficiency improvement & productivity savings
- Drive & live by the culture of innovation resulting in a highly efficient team and improving operational efficiency
- Work closely with Technology Infrastructure Teams, Development & Testing Teams in supporting Integrated / Independent releases, software/hardware upgrades, and server upgrades
- Communicate with all lines of business and management the overall status and health of the application, contribute to automation, and causal analysis, develop shared/common solutions, and proactively identify cross-functional or technical issues
- Interact with clients and demonstrate empathy to situations and challenges
- Full understanding of SDLC best practices
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a deadline driven cross team environment
- Management of defects, follow-up until closure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations
- Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet release timelines
- 5+ years of Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of Strong collaboration/co-ordination skills with multiple groups involving Development, QA, Business, Management, DevOps and Production Support
- Self-motivated individual that possesses strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tools
- Exposure and experience in build and deployment activities of Native Apps (IOS and Android)
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Agile Scrum methodology with sprints of 2-weeks
- 5+ years' experience with JIRA
- 3+ years Native Apps Development experience (iOS/Android), familiar with XCode/Android Studio
- 5+ years of Prior experience configuring native app (certificates, provisioning profiles)
- 5+ years of Version control system experience (GIT)
- 5+ years of Experience in bulk code merges and resolving conflicts
- 5+ years of Experience implementing CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins), support the build eco system, analyze build errors
- 5+ years of Experience in Sonar, Artifactory, Browserstack and tool chain development
- 5+ years of Experience in Fastlane
Preferred
- Demonstrated Experience in Native Apps with Speed to Market projects
- Ability to think strategically about technical direction and engineering practices
- Ability to not only understand new technologies but also their impact to banking and online sales
- Either prior familiarity or ability to quickly learn banking processes, and support of banking products
Pay
The starting pay range for this role is $104,400.00 - $156,600.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
