Relationship Strategist I - PNC Private Bank

About the role

As an Associate Relationship Strategist (Relationship Strategist I) within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in our offices in Downtown Cleveland, OH. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.

Responsibilities

• Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients.
• Helps coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Helps support the development and execution of a relationship management plan.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plan through thorough discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Ensures a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
• Serves as a point of communication and contact with existing clients and prospects to ensure expansion opportunities are captured.
• Maintains timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business.
• Helps ensure the execution of team processes (e.g. pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews).

Qualifications

Pay

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

Schedule

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
