- Open deposit, savings and credit card accounts
- Discuss loan and retirement products
- Build meaningful relationships with members
- Provide superior customer service and expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
