Responsibilities

Designed to be an entry-level job, the Relationship Specialist role goes beyond a traditional bank teller — it’s a career opportunity with potential for growth and advancement. In this role, you will:

• Process cash transactions
• Open deposit, savings and credit card accounts
• Discuss loan and retirement products
• Build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

Physical Demands

• Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation

Work Environment

• This position is in-person at our retail stores
• Occasional travel between various Grow locations may be required
• Participation in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required
