Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions
- Open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts
- Discuss loan and retirement products with members
- Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs and provide expert service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Aptitude and desire for sales achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
Physical Demands
- Ability to see and hear, write, and speak English
- Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling)
- Ability to lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation
Work Environment
This position is in-person at our retail stores. You may occasionally travel between various Grow locations. The role includes participation in a Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
