You’ll learn the ins and outs of financial services, process cash transactions, open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts, discuss loan and retirement products, and build meaningful relationships with members to provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions
• Open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members
• Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs and provide expert service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

Physical Demands

• Ability to see and hear, write, and speak English
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling)
• Ability to lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation

Work Environment

This position is in-person at our retail stores. You may occasionally travel between various Grow locations. The role includes participation in a Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
