Relationship Specialist - Centre Point

Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions
- Open deposit, savings and credit card accounts
- Discuss loan and retirement products
- Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs
- Provide a superior level of customer service and expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
Physical Demands
- Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
- Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation
Work Environment
This position is in-person. You'll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores. As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations. In this role, you'll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
Pay
Competitive pay starting at $21/hr + depending on experience
