Our “work from where you do your best work” strategy provides flexibility, though this position is in-person. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores and may occasionally travel between various Grow locations. The role includes a Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions.
• Open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs and provide superior customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Physical Demands

• Ability to see and hear, write, and speak English.
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation.
