Relationship Specialist
About the role
Benchmark Community Bank is seeking to hire an outgoing and service-oriented Relationship Specialist for our branch in Franklinton, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Cherishably greet customers as they walk through our doors at the Franklinton branch.
- Be the first point of contact for the majority of our customers.
- Process routine financial transactions for our customers such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our customers.
- Take on all service opportunities, from the easy going to the challenging.
- Update customer and account information.
- Provide needs-based solutions for customers.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of previous banking experience preferred.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Experience working with the public and handling money.
- Basic math and computer skills.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. The scheduled hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can enjoy having your weekends off!
Salary Range
$20/hr. - $26.76/hr.
