Relationship Portfolio Associate – Jr. Loan Officer (Monroe)

Responsibilities

• Positively respond to customer inquiries and make relationships; by phone, email or in person.
• Resolve issues and develop solutions with customer’s accounts.
• Aid in branch support by completing basic bank transactions and responding to basic bank customer inquiries.
• Aid loan officers in accurately and efficiently processing and completing quality loans.
• Aid loan team with timely and accurate completion of credit presentations, including analysis of appropriate data per credit policy, bank procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Gather, organize and evaluate information required for the Loan Officer to make a quality loan decision and provide support for the loan closing process.
• Record transactions promptly, accurately, securely and in compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate proactively with co-workers, borrowers and third parties to ensure loan related tasks are completed according to established deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
