About the role
As a Relationship Manager in the Wealth Management division based in Eau Claire, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value client relationships, providing personalized financial advice, and managing complex wealth management portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios, making strategic investment recommendations and monitoring performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting wealth management.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Series 7, 66, and 63 licenses preferred.
- Knowledge of wealth management software and tools.
- Experience with CRM systems.
