Relationship Manager, Sr. Specialist - Direct Indexing

About the role

The Sr. Specialist – Direct Indexing is responsible for managing complex client relationships, driving business planning activities, and enhancing client loyalty through strategic and consultative guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex relationships with existing clients, supporting strategy planning for a book of business.
• Tracks growth opportunities and presents recommendations to key client decision makers.
• Resolves complex client issues related to products, services, or processes, and develops potential solutions.
• Leverages advanced knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services to position Vanguard's offerings and enhance client loyalty.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with five years in Financial Services and Relationship Management preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, with a graduate degree preferred.
• This role requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC).
