About the role
The Relationship Manager role at Fidelity involves fostering strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and finding opportunities to deepen these relationships.
Responsibilities
- Nurture a book of business and identify opportunities to add value to client relationships
- Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
- Ensure the daily work is client-focused and aligned with their needs
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to build long-lasting meaningful relationships
- Support Financial Consultants in organizing their daily tasks
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or able to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on customer experience
- Experience in planning and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver personalized service
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support from the team
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications are helpful, but not required
- Fidelity offers a Tuition Reimbursement program to help candidates obtain necessary certifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
