About the role
The Relationship Manager at Fidelity helps facilitate relationships with the firm's most valuable clients. This role involves supporting the branch team by strengthening client relationships, organizing Financial Consultants, and ensuring daily activities align with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the branch team by strengthening client relationships

- Be responsible for the client contact strategy
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, or able to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis in providing an excellent customer experience
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support from your team
- Vested interest in being an advocate for clients
- Professional communication style
- Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity as core strengths
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications are helpful; the Tuition Reimbursement program can assist with obtaining one
- A degree is helpful but not required
