Relationship Manager I

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for small to midsized accounts within our ABS.
- Provide proactive communication and consultation, and coordinate with internal partners for the effective delivery of CCT products and services; ensure customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs.
- Represent CCT in developing and maintaining client relationships; sell and promote CCT products and services to existing clients; contract document review, negotiation, and management of BSA/AML activities including periodic review; manage outstanding fee receivables, negotiate the supplement/amendment process.
- Participate in in-person client visits. May participate in closing of deals.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of financial services, corporate trust services or account management required. Delaware relationship/client management experience. Familiarity with Delaware Statutory Trusts. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment.

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $67,000 - $84,000.
Schedule
Hybrid, with a minimum of three days a week in the Wilmington office and flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.
