Relationship Manager - Fiduciary Banking/Specialty Deposits

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive new business
• Coordinate with treasury management personnel to optimize client solutions
• Monitor industry trends impacting client portfolios and engagement opportunities
• Ensure proactive management of credit quality and compliance in client onboarding
• Conduct special projects and responsibilities as needed to meet business goals

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years as a Commercial Relationship Manager or in commercial treasury management sales
• Experience in specialty deposits industries, including treasury management or investment banking
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
• Strong analytical skills for financial and cash flow analysis

Pay

• $102,281 – $160,918 annually
