Relationship Manager - EPIC
Total Potential Annual Earnings
The Relationship Manager (RM) is eligible for a base rate plus commissions with a total potential annual earnings range of $74,726 - $115,000.
About the Role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and following up on a diverse range of client activities to promote mutual growth and profitability. They are also expected to maintain high levels of client trust and satisfaction, manage client communications, and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving escalated client issues.
- Solicit feedback from internal and external partners to improve EPIC RPS deliverables.
- Conduct on-site or virtual client meetings to focus on client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through the introduction of additional EPIC RPS Investment 5 and Administrative services.
- Manage communications between all client representatives, trade partners, trust system vendors, and internal EPIC RPS staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or other industry certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA requirements and experience with administering a broad range of qualified plans.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from clients, company management, and colleagues.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legislative changes, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to create reports, professional business correspondence, and procedures.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or written form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
The base rate plus commissions structure allows for a total potential annual earnings range of $74,726 - $115,000.
Schedule
The position requires domestic travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Travel is less than 50% of the time.
