About the role
The Relationship Manager role involves fostering strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and finding opportunities to enhance these relationships.
Responsibilities
- Nurture a book of business and identify opportunities to add value to client relationships
- Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
- Ensure the daily work is client-focused and aligned with their needs
- Work closely with Financial Consultants to organize and manage client interactions
- Think creatively and make informed decisions with support from the team
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
- At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on customer experience
- Experience in financial markets and products
- Strong interpersonal and social skills
- Ability to handle a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
- Professional communication style suitable for high-net-worth clientele
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications (CFP, degree) are helpful
- Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can assist with obtaining necessary certifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
