About the role

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with self-service banking resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. You will process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while having in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including being scheduled at any nearby financial center location.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products (desired).
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired).
  • Six months of cash handling experience (desired).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, administration, or finance) (desired).
