This position is open market-wide, with the specific Financial Center location determined by business needs. Training will occur at one financial center, with potential relocation to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by law. About the role

This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking transactions, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. You will process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while building relationships to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • No specific degree required.
  • Desired:
    • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
    • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
    • Six months of cash handling experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).
    • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
