Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other typical teller activities.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services, and fulfill basic servicing requests like new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, and check reordering.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking history and needs.
• Provide education on standard consumer products and digital solutions, such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings, to enhance customer convenience.
• Aid branch and team members in resolving customer issues, and refer customers to internal experts for more complex needs.
• Comply with bank processes and regulations, including following assigned duties, and report operational risks.
• Identify and address customer needs, guiding them towards Regions' solutions and participating in outreach efforts to educate customers on emerging technologies.
• Track and report hours worked, eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Handling cash and processing cash transactions
• Effective communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Using a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to twenty (20) pounds

Pay and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $37,621.05 USD, with a median of $44,536.00 USD. Benefits include paid vacation/sick time, 401K with company match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, parental leave, employee assistance program, and volunteer programs. The position is eligible for incentive pay and is subject to change based on performance and business needs.
