Relationship Banker I

Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for handling customer transactions and helping with account related inquiries (40%).
• Accurately maintains and balances cash drawers and vaults, and reconciles any discrepancies (15%).
• Identifies the needs of new and existing customers and offers appropriate products and services (10%).
• Assists with internal controls and daily report follow-up, handles night depository deposits, and performs other operational duties as assigned (10%).
• Consistently demonstrates the Bank's Right by You quality standards by providing a superior level of customer service (10%).
• Mitigates losses through work accuracy and adherence with Bank policies and procedures, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines (10%).
• Achieves individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned (5%).

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong relationship skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Completes teller training classes.
• Passes a background check.
