About the role
Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel. They assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs. They also originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch.

Requirements
- National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than four years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Pay
$20.00 - 23.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
