Relationship Banker

About the role

We're seeking a Relationship Banker to join our Willmar branch. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and contributing to our mission of making a positive difference.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence by performing teller functions accurately and efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for opening and servicing accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products.
• Build and deepen customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending solutions that support each customer's financial success.
• Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to help grow the market and strengthen our community presence.
• Understand and follow all bank policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect easily with a wide range of customers.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
