About the role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Union Avenue financial center in Rutherford, NJ. Candidates must be flexible and available to work schedules aligned with branch operating hours, including weekdays and Saturdays (no Sundays required).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Handle account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing for customers.
• Engage in outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, schedule appointments, and actively engage customers in the lobby and during transaction processing.
• Demonstrate digital solutions to customers to support their financial needs and solve problems.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and expand existing relationships.
• Serve as a Notary Public for the financial center, if applicable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.

• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.
