About the role

The Relationship Banker role is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Lakewood, NJ financial center at 205 E Kennedy Blvd. This role is open on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Handle every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Provide customers with a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Engage in customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing.
• Proactively demonstrate digital solutions to customers, with the goal to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Use digital tools to proactively demonstrate digital solutions to customers, with the goal to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.

• Pro-active and result-oriented.
• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31. Additional Compensation Components: This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance. Fulton Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package to those who qualify.
