Relationship Banker

About the role

The Relationship Banker role is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Abington, PA financial center in Montgomery County. This position requires flexibility to work around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Handle every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Provide customers with a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Engage in customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing.
• Proactively demonstrate digital solutions to customers, aiming to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Use digital tools to proactively demonstrate digital solutions to customers, with the goal to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.

• Pro-active and result-oriented.
• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations.

Skills

• Knowledge of digital solutions and technology.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31. Additional Compensation Components include participation in a short-term incentive compensation plan and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Abington, PA financial center in Montgomery County. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).
