Relationship Banker

About the role

The Relationship Banker role is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Pitman, NJ financial center at 101 N. Broadway. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Handle every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Provide customers with a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Engage in outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, schedule appointments, and actively engage customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing.
• Demonstrate digital solutions to customers to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• Serve as a Notary Public for their financial center (additional responsibility).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations (preferred).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31. Additional Compensation Components: This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance. Schedule
