Relationship Banker

About the role

The Relationship Banker role is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Timonium, NJ (Fairgrounds Plaza) financial center at 67 West Aylesbury Road. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Handle every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Provide customers with a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Engage in outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, schedule appointments, and actively engage customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing.
• Demonstrate digital solutions to customers to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Use practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• May serve as a Notary Public for their financial center.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Pro-active and result-oriented.
• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations.

Skills

• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Experience using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations.
• Ability to manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.

Schedule

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week).
